This webinar discussed the findings of an ECES study on \u201cSound Budgeting as a Driver of Change.\u201d In particular, it attempted to answer the following questions: To what extent does the Egyptian budget observe the six basic international principles of comprehensiveness, transparency, realism, consistency, coherence and accountability set by the International Monetary Fund?
