Abstract:

This paper details the project’s scalable methodology, focusing on its automated data collection, cleaning, and analysis pipeline. The system has produced a rich dataset of 350,000 job postings, providing granular, real-time intelligence on the skills, occupations, and qualifications sought by over 28,000 companies. We present key findings on persistent market structures and insights from thematic analyses. By delivering both a replicable framework and the crucial demand-side data it generates, this initiative offers a vital tool to inform Egypt’s policymaking, educational planning, and workforce development strategies.
